Siku JCB with Strautmann

We do not provide any refund.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, you can contact us at orders@simplytoys.com.hk. If your request is accepted, you will need to attend one of our stores in person. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Unless there is a product quality problem, all products are allowed exchange only once, and the exchange must be of the item available only with the same value or higher (the balance will not be refunded).

You can always contact us for any exchange question at orders@simplytoys.com.hk.
